Goose Island Beer Co

Take a gander, Goose Island Beer Co., at this Chicago brewery.

This is 'Matilda'!
It has a hint of spice and a great pallet. It drinks very smooth and has a great body. It's right in the middle if you don't want anything too dark and not light. I could drink a ton of these and I just might.

This is 'Honker's Ale'!
The tap handle is a goose. Didn't know AFLAC made beer? I know that's a duck, but you would have thought it too if you saw it.

This Honker's Ale is light bodied and light in color for an Amber Beer. It is not too bitter and smooth. It has a robust flavor that sits in the middle of the tongue and lasts far past your first sip. I had a lot of these last night and no hangover this morning. Let's just say it's because of the beer.

This is '312'!
This lies somewhere between a Hefeweizen and a Lager. It's sweet, but not overly sweet. It's a wheat style bear and has a very nice finish to it.

Thanks.

Peace
